For suppliers

• Name, address, place of residence, phone number

• Chamber of Commerce registration number
• VAT number

• Receiving data on purchased products digitally
• Processing payment correctly and to the correct account

Website and cookies

On our website, we use only functional cookies that are necessary for the site to work properly, such as remembering your cookie preferences. We do not place tracking or advertising cookies via this website.

When you complete our contact form or the form to request a login code, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request. This data is sent to Rotoflowers by email and is not retained longer than necessary to process your request.

Rotoflowers strives for minimal data processing. We only store data that is required for the agreed purpose, as described above.

We process your personal data because it is necessary to fulfil the agreement we have entered into with you as:

Rotoflowers handles your personal data with great care and treats it confidentially. Personal data is processed only by employees specifically designated for this purpose and is used only for the agreed purpose. Rotoflowers has secured access to this data. Should a data breach occur unexpectedly, the person concerned will be informed immediately.

When working with external parties involving the processing of personal data, Rotoflowers makes agreements on the requirements that data exchange must meet.
